HOW TO BECOME A TRAINER!

1a. Two Flavours to become a TRAINER

Are you primarily interested in HR, Leadership, and Coaching, or would you like to deep-dive in

Leadership and People & Organization Development?

The first step is to attend the course(s) you wish to teach as a participant yourself. We offer two cohort-based programs :

Agile People HR and Leadership & Agile People Leadership and Development. Both consist of 20 online sessions delivered in a flipped classroom format. Review both options below and choose the best match for you!
The Trainer programs are delivered only by Agile People Core Team.

Video recordings with the content authors via Agile People Campus

Review and sign the license agreement
Attend an Authorisation session and get passed (ICAgile option)
Subscribe to your course content (You need to attend one of the programs first to see your coach course content to download)

ICAgile Authorzation option

Authorization Session for facilitating either Business Agility Foundations, Agility in HR, Leading with Agility and/or People Development to become an ICAgile Instructor. It will enable you to certify your participants according to ICAgile.
