As an Agile People Coach, you are working inside an organization (as an employee or a consultant). You want to spread the principles and values to every corner of the company. You want to bounce ideas and get inspired by a community of like-minded people who have the same goal: to increase business agility and help organizations on their learning journey/transformation by supporting HR and Leaders to attain an agile mindset.

As an Agile People Trainer, you run your training sessions, public or in-house, from your independent company or a consulting firm. You are a skilled trainer and facilitator and have experience from Agile and/or HR and Leadership roles. You have your profile and also set up your training and events on the Agile People site.
The trainer also has an option to be authorized to perform ICAgile training. With this add on option you also can train other people to have and issue an ICAgile Certificates.
