Based in Romania, Cristina developed a passion for Agile while searching for ways to help people create happier, healthier workplaces. Her entrepreneurial project is Atelierul de Idei, delivering tailor-made online engagement and onboarding learning programs based on Agile and Leadership practices with a Serious Play flavor. She has over 20 years of corporate experience, in Romanian banking and energy institutions, and has built on this to help customers transition to the new ways of working, adapted for the organization of the future. She is an ICP-HR instructor and EIT Health Innovation fellow, working on a digital project to reduce workplace anxiety, co-founder of Digital Innovation Zone (regional innovation hub), and founder of a social initiative that empowers women in tech to become successful entrepreneurs.
