The key to navigate in such conditions.. when traditional strategies based on forecasting, analysis, and the gathering of more and more information before acting has stopped working.. is to embrace the emergent nature of such situations and get very good at applying emergent strategies

    Since the 2000s, Björn has worked in various positions within Human Resources and also as a Consultant being deeply involved in significant organizational transformations inspired by Lean & Agile. He has also been a psychology teacher, assistant principal, and vice president and has more than 15 years of experience as an officer in the Swedish Armed Forces.
