Björn has a focus on what can be achieved with next-generation management, leadership, and HR in a fast-changing and complex world. He is well familiar with large global organizations, as well as the challenges small and medium-sized businesses encounter.
Since the 2000s, Björn has worked in various positions within Human Resources and also as a Consultant being deeply involved in significant organizational transformations inspired by Lean & Agile. He has also been a psychology teacher, assistant principal, and vice president and has more than 15 years of experience as an officer in the Swedish Armed Forces.
