Amaranatho started his working life as a technical support manager, and this took him on a transformational journey from getting a degree in AI, to world explorer and spending 15 years as a Buddhist monk. He is now a mindfulness-based executive and agile mindset coach, scrum master, where he supports executives, leaders, and teams to stay calm and connected in complex situations. He developed the PlayfulMonk approach to awakening people and organization to their true potential. He is currently accrediting to be a coaching supervisor with the EMCC and bring his considerable skill set to the agile community.

My very important intrinsic motivations are, Curiosity (I need to keep on learning) – Independence (autonomy is key to me) – and Honor (I honor myself).
I have experience in the following industries: Banking, Pharma, FMCG, Services, IT, Construction, Steel, Energy, Chemistry, and Government & Private and in the following countries: Belgium, France, Germany, Netherlands, England, UAE, Scotland, Luxemburg, USA, Iran, Morocco, Italy, Spain, Kazakhstan, Serbia, and Bulgaria.
