Accelerate Self-Organization with Decision Delegation (live)

What do we stand to gain, or perhaps lose, by delegating decisions? How much time is lost in organizations because of decision delays? What is the cost of disengagement and dis-empowerment?The number of decisions made each day, week, month, or year in organizations (let alone in life) is staggering. Not having the power to decide at the right time can be the difference between major performance breakthroughs and major performance breakdowns!Successful self-organization demands a new perspective on what gets decided by who. In this highly interactive session we will work through some real-life situations and play some Delegation Poker to illustrate the power of empowering others through decision delegation. #selforganization
