As exciting as it is to be introduced to new ideas and thinking, we recognise that a conference format like ours can be intense, and the true value of ideas is when we can form actionable insights. With this in mind we will host regular integration sessions.
These sessions are facilitated conversations, supported by short activities and exercises in breakout rooms, with the aim of helping you integrate the ideas and insights you are having.. both individually and in groups.
As a behavioral scientist and passionate agilist, I draw from the fields of Psychology, Behavioral Science, Complexity thinking, and Agile Coaching to help leaders and teams develop customized ways of collaborating and working that lead to a higher degree of business agility.
As a leadership and business agility coach, I help managers, leaders & HR professionals to develop proficiency in leading and coaching with agility.
An explorer at heart and passionate about learning, a key driver for me is curiosity… to constantly pursue innovation in ways of collaborating and working in the areas of Leadership, Team collaboration, and Agile HR.
I favor an evidence-based, boundary-spanning approach; I believe strongly in exploring and experimenting with how ideas, methods, and principles from different fields and disciplines can cross boundaries and form fresh solutions to the complex problems we are dealing with today. Mikael was a die-hard, old school manager up to a couple of years ago. With acquired knowledge, he realized how wrong his leadership style and the “idea” about how people “function and was motivated” had been.
Now he is totally into the latest research about motivation, agile principles, and mindset, and he is learning more and more every day and eager to train others.
He is a true entrepreneur and has grown several companies from start-up to successful businesses, including bumps in the road for the learning curve. His background as a General Manager for a wide range of industries and companies has provided him with broad experience.
