Amplify Self-Organization’s Power (live)

Self-organization is one of the most often misunderstood and misinterpreted principles in the modern workplace. Misconceptions can often lead to less than hoped for results when shifting ways of working to, at least on the surface, be about enabling self-organization.
In this session, we will explore the true intention of self-organization, how other principles in action are necessary for its success, and how you can truly weave the principle into all aspects of your culture. Creating the conditions for lasting engagement and innovation across your organization – no matter your work’s purpose. #selforganization
