The key to navigate in such conditions.. when traditional strategies based on forecasting, analysis, and the gathering of more and more information before acting has stopped working.. is to embrace the emergent nature of such situations and get very good at applying emergent strategies

He has also been a psychology teacher, assistant principal, and vice president and has more than 15 years of experience as an officer in the Swedish Armed Forces.

    I favor an evidence-based, boundary-spanning approach; I believe strongly in exploring and experimenting with how ideas, methods, and principles from different fields and disciplines can cross boundaries and form fresh solutions to the complex problems we are dealing with today.
