Know People Deeply
Hi, My name is Mikael and you are welcome to my session. I will be talking about what motivates people in the workplace, how we see and understand each other. I aim to approach the topic of “know people deeply” on a deeper level and it will be super interesting to hear about your views of this. I will be talking mostly about Reiss Motivation Profile (a motivation assessment tool ) and my experience with that. The session will be recorded so that it may be viewed later by those of you who cannot make it this time.

Mikael was a die-hard, old school manager up to a couple of years ago. With acquired knowledge, he realized how wrong his leadership style and the “idea” about how people “function and was motivated” had been.
Now he is totally into the latest research about motivation, agile principles, and mindset, and he is learning more and more every day and eager to train others.
He is a true entrepreneur and has grown several companies from start-up to successful businesses, including bumps in the road for the learning curve. His background as a General Manager for a wide range of industries and companies has provided him with broad experience.
