Exploring the Superpowers of Relative Goals

As the author of the chapter focused on Relative Goals, I will be interviewing Natalija Hellesoe, the author of “OKRs At The Center: How to use goals to drive ongoing change and create the organization you want” to learn from her extensive experience of using relative goals and OKRs in companies of all sizes.

Natalija is a trainer, coach, and change agent and her experience shows that when we really, sincerely pursue goal setting in a new way, we discover that goals live at the center of everything we do.

The audience will have the ability to hear first hand from a published author and expert on Objectives and Key Results

I chose to study social psychology at university because I was fascinated by people and driven to understand “why we do what we do.” Nearly three decades on, I still have the same fascination. I feel blessed that I have been able to spend my career within the field of Human Resources, exploring and navigating the psychology of organizations and the people who work in them.
I get my energy from working with colleagues and clients to solve organizational challenges and deliver positive outcomes, which place the people at the heart of the solution. With my Project X co-founders, I work with organizations, leaders, teams, and individuals to enable the people-side of change to support business agility and future organizational success.
Through my work, I have seen firsthand the transformative power of adopting Agile People Principles on employee engagement and organizational performance. I am passionate about sharing this knowledge with the world and bringing HR on the journey towards Agile.
And when I’m not working, I can be found on the beach searching for sea glass with my husband and young family in my hometown of Whitstable, in South East England.
