I have a background in Psychology, and I am:
    Certified Chief Happiness Officer
    Certified Agile HR – Talent
I’m passionate about people, which is why I became a consultant in HR & Transformation in 2008. I love being able to learn and grow to better serve my customers. My very important intrinsic motivations are, Curiosity (I need to keep on learning) – Independence (autonomy is key to me) – and Honor (I honor myself).
I have experience in the following industries: Banking, Pharma, FMCG, Services, IT, Construction, Steel, Energy, Chemistry, and Government & Private and in the following countries: Belgium, France, Germany, Netherlands, England, UAE, Scotland, Luxemburg, USA, Iran, Morocco, Italy, Spain, Kazakhstan, Serbia, and Bulgaria.
I am recognized by my clients as being “disruptive” and for having great empathy towards all. I aim to bring out
the best in people and organizations.
Collaborating with Agile People feels like I’ve found a tribe, where we share common ground on the impact we can bring to organizations today for a stronger and more resilient tomorrow.
