Vi lærer hvordan man designer HR-prosesser som støtter en medarbeidersentrert organisasjon og forklarer hvordan ulike kontekster krever ulike tilnærminger. Endringen omfatter vårt syn på stillingsbeskrivelser, titler, kompetanseprofiler, karriereplanlegging og etterfølgelse. Hvordan håndterer vi disse aspektene i en smidig organisasjon? Vi øver på å skrive brukerhistorier for HR og utformer en T-formet HR-person.

Hvordan man designer verdiskapende HR-prosesser

Å bruke Scrum, Kanban, verdistrømskartlegging og Objective and Key Results (OKR) innen HR skiller seg ikke mye fra hvordan disse metodene brukes innen IT-utvikling. Hvilke eksempler finnes det, og hvordan kan du designe HR-prosesser ved hjelp av smidige arbeidsmåter? Vi gjennomgår virkelige eksempler på smidig HR.

Prestasjonshåndtering og kompensasjon

Hvordan kan man forbedre Performance Management-prosessen ved å bruke ulike verktøy for ulike formål?
