Vi utforsker hvordan lederskapet har utviklet seg og hvilke lederstiler dette har resultert i. Vi analyserer hvilke aspekter som fortsatt er relevante og hvilke som må revurderes. En stor del av denne omvandlingen handler om å forstå hvordan makt og påvirkning endres. Avslutningsvis går vi i dybden på hvilke kunnskaper og ferdigheter vi trenger å utvikle for å forbedre vår personlige smidighet.

Å lede andre begynner med å utvikle vårt eget selvlederskap. Under denne økten utforsker vi metoder for å bli bevisste på våre egne opplevelser. Vi gransker våre fordommer og forutinntatte meninger for å forstå hvordan vi kan bli mer bevisste på disse og jobbe aktivt for å minimere dem. Til slutt analyserer vi mentale fallgruver innen lederskap og utforsker strategier for å håndtere disse, noe som hjelper oss å bli mer effektive ledere.
Å utvikle og lede deg selv
Vi introduserer Clear Leadership-modellen, skapt av Gervase Bushe, som hjelper ledere med å utvikle fire sentrale aspekter av selvbevissthet: Det bevisste jeg, det beskrivende jeg, det nysgjerrige jeg og det verdsettende jeg. Vi utforsker ulike situasjoner hvor vi kan anvende disse egenskapene i praksis. Dette inkluderer å gi og motta tilbakemelding, anta en coachende lederstil og håndtere konflikter ved å skape klarhet i mellommenneskelige relasjoner.
Effektiv kommunikasjon
Å kommunisere effektivt, relatere til andre og opprettholde sunne relasjoner samt påvirke mennesker i en felles retning er ferdigheter som krever øvelse og forståelse for kommunikasjonsdynamikk. I dette arbeidet utforsker vi ulike mentale modeller for kommunikasjon, inkludert produktive samtaler og kraften i å fortelle historier for å engasjere og motivere andre.
