Wouter Bak

I am Wouter Bak from The Netherlands, managing partner of FutureXeed and your course co-facilitator. 

My passion is helping individuals, teams and organisations accelerate their transformation. I like to make people explore innovative Agile practices for themselves to offer the organisation unique and adaptive approaches. 

My aim is to bring you awesome learning experiences using my background having held various end-responsible international HR roles at VP level and member of business management teams. I often also use practical examples from my work as an independent consultant having helped various organisations in their global HR transformation. 

I am proud to be an accredited Lumina Learning Coach and team facilitator, to hold a licence for Agile DevOps Digital Business simulations, and my certification as ICAgile Agile People trainer. As co-author of the Agile People Manifesto I am active member of this strong global community to keep myself and others up to date.
