Over a 25+ year career, I have worked in a variety of Global HR, People and Organisational Development roles where I have had the opportunity to partner with leaders, teams and individuals to develop and deliver strategically aligned people and culture practices across the fields of Leadership Development, Change Management & Talent Selection, Assessment & Development.   I am a Chartered Occupational Psychologist (CPsychol), hold a Masters’ Degree in Occupational Psychology from Birkbeck College, University of London and am an IC-Agile HR Authorised Instructor.

Having held in-house HR Business Partner roles, led HR Centre of Excellence teams and successfully managed large scale organisational change and transformation programmes, my aim as your certified IC-AHR facilitator is to deliver an awesome learning experience that brings the Agile Values, Principles & Tools to life. 

Along with my amazing partners, Marian O’Brien, Sarah Boorman and Simone Hauser, I co-founded Project X Partners, a People & Culture Consultancy that supports clients in applying Agile values, principles and methodologies to enable the people side of change in support of their business and organisation strategy. I believe there is no fixed recipe for organisational success - I simply love the experience of working together with people & organisations to help create the right conditions, processes & ways of working that inspire employees and improve the world of work for everyone.

I am proud to be an active member of the Agile People community and to have co-authored the ‘Agile People Principles: A Call to Action!’ book - a collaboration from Agile People from around the world due for release in September 2020.
