Ásta Þöll Gylfadóttir

Asta is passionate about strategy, digital innovation and development through dynamic, creative processes. She have worked with innovation in the public and private sector, interested in implementing change and a new mindset and assisting teams and leaders to succeed with agile innovation processes in an ever changing environment. 

Asta has worked in an agile environment for years holding different roles - from leading teams, product owner or project manager and experienced first hand how challenging and rewarding it can be. She has many years of experience of facilitating workshops and learning in various setting, from hands on mentoring with teams to university level courses. The past years she has also been been working in management consultancy for transformation projects off all sizes, leading teams in discovery for innovation projects and continuing to pursue a professional coaching education with ICF as well as teaching Agile People courses.
