Working with people and teams has been the one constant in my entire career until now.
Starting in the Military Academy in the late eighties (when the Berlin Wall was still standing 🙂 and a military career of a decade;
Via a visionary ICT responsible talking about open source software and XP in 1999 (remember the Prince song);
Going through the different roles in a small software development and participating in a management buy-out;
Introducing Scrum, XP practices, TDD, DevOps, ... within our project consulting company and realising that a project company is something different than a product company the hard way when we launched a first product;
Learning about Spotify, LeSS, SAFe, Coaching Agile Transitions, AgileHR and Leadership and supporting customers in their search towards business agility

I still find my energy in making teams and networks of teams work differently in this constantly changing world and supporting them towards learning organisations through workshops, mentoring and coaching.
