Welcome
We are happy to have you in our training program and are committed to providing you with a great learning experience.
You can access a digital version of our books, course videos, a workbook, supplementary reading materials, and video clips in each training course. These courses are structured into sessions, each focusing on a specific topic.
To optimize your learning experience, we offer the following guidelines:
Preparation for Each Session:
- Watch the course video for each session, offering insights and theory on the topic.
- You can download the session’s PowerPoint presentation in PDF format if you prefer note-taking.
- Review the recommended readings.
- Explore the relevant workbook sections.
Post-Session Reflection:
- Complete the Reflection Questions (mandatory for certification assignment) to recap the session and engage in personal reflection.
- If you want to deepen more into the subject, read the supplementary materials if desired.
Regardless of whether you’re attending an online training or an in-person workshop, we recommend, at a minimum, watching the course videos before the training.
Thank you for being a part of this journey with us. Happy learning!
Agile People Books
You can read our books in a flipbook format (click on the book cover). If the books are course materials, you will find page references in the corresponding session for easy navigation.

Online Training
If you participate in our Online training, we have provided some useful links to the tools we use in the training
- before the training, we will invite you to our Slack channel we use to communicate between the sessions
- You will be invited to Mural, the digital Canva we use to collaborate on the online sessions
- We meet on Zoom and recommend you enable the annotation in Zoom when you log in the first time. The annotations allow you to collaborate, brainstorm, and draw over shared content
- To enable the annotation: Go to Account Management/Account Settings/Meeting tab/Meeting – verify that annotation is enabled.
