About The Course

The Workshop and Training Schedule
This 2-day workshop provides a practical approach to working agile. Through a series of engaging exercises, participants will gain hands-on experience and learn how to effectively implement agile principles in their work.
Prior to the course, participants will be granted access to the Agile People Campus Learning Management System, where they can explore the course modules. These modules offer a comprehensive overview of the theory and concepts covered in the workshop, allowing participants to prepare beforehand or reflect on the material after the workshop concludes.
The certification fee for your ICP-AHR is NOT included in the course fee. To get an ICAgile certification, you need to complete the certification tasks, get it approved and after that you can buy the certificate from us.

How HR’s role changes when the goal is to increase business agility to become Competitive
You will acquire the skills to design HR processes that effectively support agile transformations while understanding the importance of context-dependent approaches. They will explore various aspects of change, such as reimagining job descriptions, titles, competency profiles, career planning, and succession strategies, within an agile organization.
Through hands-on exercises, participants will practice writing User Stories tailored specifically for HR purposes. They will also delve into the concept of a T-shaped HR professional, understanding the breadth of knowledge and skills required to thrive in an agile environment.
How HR can use Agile tools and principles
Using Scrum,
We explore the application of agile working methods, including Scrum, Kanban, Value Stream Mapping, and OKRs, in the context of HR processes. You will discover that using these methodologies for HR is not fundamentally different from their utilization in IT development. Through real-life examples, you will gain insight into how agile principles can be effectively applied to design HR processes.
We will examine case studies and practical examples that highlight the successful implementation of agile HR in various organizations. You will learn how to identify and leverage agile practices to enhance HR processes, including areas such as recruitment, performance management, learning and development, and employee engagement.

We examine the evolving nature of the performance management process and explore strategies for dividing and utilizing various tools based on specific purposes. After training completion, what is the process to become ICAgile Certified?
The certification process entails completing the certification assignment and responding to specific questions after each session. Once your work is finalized and approved, including any feedback provided, you will have the option to purchase your ICAgile certificate from the Agile People shop. It’s important to note that the cost of the ICAgile certificate for your completed assignment is not included in the course fee. Additionally, the certificate download will be made available directly from ICAgile.
As for the Agile People Participation Certificates, they are included in the training price upon successful completion of the course. After the course concludes, you will be able to download your Agile People Participation Certificate from the Agile People website.

Events cancellation policy
If you need to cancel your registration, please send a written notification to [email protected]. Kindly ensure that the subject line of your email includes the name of the conference or event for proper identification.
- We will refund 85% for cancellations received 60 days before the start of the event.
- We will refund 50% for cancellations received between 59 days before 31 days to the event’s start.
- We will refund 25% for cancellations received between 30 days before 15 days to the event’s start.
- We will issue no refund for cancellations received within 15 days of the event.
- You are allowed to send a colleague in your place.
